There will not be separate discussion of items unless a Commissioner or Citizen so requests; in which event, items will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence. 7.2 Appoint Commissioner David Whitlock to sell certain real property owned by Grayson County along Tate Circle in Precinct One and along Little Ol’ Trail in Precinct Four at a public auction after Commissioners Court on March 29, 2022. 7.3 Retain realtor Butch Fife to prepare valuations of real property to be sold at auction on March 29, 2022. This is for a personal or professional service that is exempt from the competitive bidding requirements, pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code, § 262.024(a)(4). 7.4 Authorize County Judge to execute renewal of annual contract between Corps Of Engineers and Sheriff's Office.
Act on Bills 8.1 Bills for Approval 03/08/2022 8.2 Authorize payment of $199,127.21 to Grayson Central Appraisal District for 2nd Qtr. 2022 Appraisal Services.
Discuss and take action to approve declaration of March 4, 2022, and continued regulation of outdoor burning due to wildfire threat.
Discuss and take possible action on a bid proposal for property located at 93 McIntosh Lane in Pottsboro that was unsold at the August 3, 2021 Sheriff's Property Sale.
Discuss and take action to accept Kacy Way, Kara Trail and Riley Heights as County maintained roads and establish a speed limit of 30 mph in Precinct 1.
Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code, § 551.0725, Commissioners Court reserves the right to meet in executive session to deliberate business and financial issues relating to a contract being negotiated.
