CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed directly under this Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Court and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of items unless a Commissioner or Citizen so requests; in which event, items will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence. 7.2 Accept insurance proceeds from Texas Association of Counties for $3,360.16 for reimbursement of vendor computer fraud incident. 7.3 Authorize County Judge to sign resolution updating Texpool Authorized Representatives. 7.4 Approve request for road bore on 660 Bill Holder Rd., Sadler for water services in Precinct 4. 7.5 Declare as salvage personal property the assorted concrete rubble and any existing road construction materials, assorted appliances and other trash, and two oil tanks that were previously used by the County to store road oil and/or fuel at the former Precinct Four Barn in Pottsboro, pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code Section 263.151.
Discuss and take action to approve Resolution to become eligible to create tax reinvestment zones and tax abatement agreements when appropriate and adopt guidlines and criteria.
Consider and take possible action to authorize execution of Interlocal Agreement between Grayson County and the City of Pottsboro to convey former Precinct Four real property to Pottsboro, authorize County Judge to execute Interlocal Agreement Between Grayson County, Texas, and the City of Pottsboro, Texas and authorize County Judge to execute Special Warrant Deed pursuant to Interlocal Agreement with the City of Pottsboro, Texas.
Discuss and take action to approve the Final Plat of Cornerstone Ranch Phase Two in Precinct 1.
Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.087, Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into executive session to deliberate the offer of a financial incentive to a business prospect.
