Receive into the minutes the fully executed TxDOT Agreement to Contribute Right of Way Funds.

(6) Act on request to adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 of the Texas Open Meeting Act for deliberation of economic development negotiations - to discuss commercial or financial information that the board has received from a business prospect that the court seeks to have located in or near the board's territory and to discuss possible incentives to consider with respect to engaging a private company to take over management and marketing of the airport.

(7) Reconvene in Open Session and take action on engaging a private company to take over management and marketing of the airport.

(8) Discuss and take action to approve the agreements with Sherman Economic Development Corporation and Denison Development Alliance for marketing-consulting services for North Texas Regional Airport.

(9) Consider and take possible action on proposed lease agreement between Grayson County and Northwest Grayson County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1.

(10) Act on request to allow the City of Dorchester to install a water line laterally within the right of way of John Cummins Rd in Precinct 1
