(6) Act on request to accept an insurance settlement on a damaged County vehicle

(9) Pursuant to Chapter 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, Commissioners Court reserves the right to convene in executive session to deliberate the offer of a tax incentive to an entity that the Commissioners Court seeks to have expand in Grayson County and with which the Commissioners Court is conducting economic development negotiations
