(5) CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed directly under this Consent Agenda item are considered to be routine by the Court and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of items unless a Commissioner or Citizen so requests; in which event, items will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence.

(9) Act on request to sign a Grayson County Resolution in support of Local Provider Participation Fund Legislation
(10) Consider and take possible action to approve the Tanglewood Resort Properties Easement to Grayson County and the Freedom Ltd. Easement to Grayson County to allow Grayson County to assume responsibility for the road maintenance, and authorize the County Judge to sign the Agreements.
(11) Receive into the minutes the Tanglewood Resort Properties Promissory Note to Grayson County.
(12) Discuss and take possible to approve a resolution in opposition to Senate Bill 2 and Revenue Caps.
