(9)  Discuss and act on the request to create and approve County Health Care Provider Participation Program pursuant to HB 2062, Collection of a Mandatory Payment from nonpublic hospitals located in the County, and Establishing a Local Provider Participation Fund ("LPPF"), including but not limited to: Data required to Create the LPPF; Establishing the State Fiscal Year 2017 Mandatory Payments; the Designation of Necessary Bank Accounts; the Amount of State Fiscal Year 2017 Mandatory Payments to be Required of All Local Hospitals; the Proposed uses for the Revenue Derived from those Mandatory Payments; and other Matters Necessary or Proper for the Creation and Administration of the Program, including by not limited to: the Order Authorizing Grayson County's Participation in a County Health Care Provider Participation Program, Collection of a Mandatory Payment, and Use of Funds from Mandatory Payments, the Order Implementing Requirements of Grayson County's Participation in a County Health Care Provider Participation Program and Program Rules and Policies.

(10)  Discuss and act on the request to set the Intergovernmental Transfer Rate for State Fiscal Year 2017, in Support of County Health Care Provider Participation Program.

(11)  Discuss and take action on request by Atmos energy to approve road bores at Willy Vester Rd, Ballard Rd, Lincoln Park Rd and Kepler Rd for replacement of existing natural gas line.

(17)  Discuss and take possible action on request to authorize County Judge to sign Request for Property Right of Entry so that BGE, Inc., can gather topographic and enviromental survey data for TxDOT along FM 121.

(18)  Discuss and take possible action to approve the amendment to the Securus Master Service Agreement.

(19)  Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Commissioners Court reserves the right to convene into executive session to discuss personnel matters regarding the Grayson County Fire Marshal and any assistant fire marshals, pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Section 551.074
