(12) Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Commissioners court reserves the right to convene into Executive Session. (1). To determine value and consider possible sale or lease of real property, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.072. (2). Consider contract with private investigative firm to conduct background checks on applicants for position of Interim Grayson County District Attorney, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.0725.
