(9) Consider and take possible action on request to authorize execution of an agreement with Finisar Sherman RE HOLDCO, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company, for the abatement of ad valorem property taxes for improvements within Industrial Reinvestment Zone, Number 022018-01, in the City of Sherman, Texas.
(10) Consider and take possible action on request to authorize execution of an agreement with West Moore Solar, LLC/West Moore Solar II, LLC, for the abatement of ad valorem property taxes for improvements within Industrial Reinvestment Zone, Number 032018-01, in the City of Sherman, Texas.
(12) Discuss and approve the enrollment of the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office in the Department of Defense’s (DOD) 1033 program, or Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) program.
(13) Receive and accept an anonymous donation of $782.60 to replace 2 handguns released from Grayson County Sheriff’s Office stock of weapons.
(14) Discuss and take action to authorize the sale of the 2 duty weapons previously assigned to Capt. Rickey Wheeler to his surviving spouse, Laura Wheeler. This purchase is authorized under Chapter 614.052 of Local Government Code.
(15) Discuss and take action to transfer airport budget funds in accordance with the amended Regional Mobility Agreement with Texas Aviation Partners.
(11) Discuss and take action on the Addendum to Ground Lease for the Sheriff's Office firing range.
(16) Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Commissioners Court reserves the right to convene into executive session to determine value and consider a minimum bid amount for public auction of County-owned real property, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072.
(18) Discuss and take possible action to confirm logistics, including final survey, of public auction of County-owned real property to be conducted in Commissioners Courtroom at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, April 10, 2018.
(17) Discuss and take possible action to consider minimum bid for sale of real property, as discussed in executive session.
