(8) Discuss and take possible action on a bid proposal for property located on Rose Circle that was unsold at the August 1, 2017 Sheriff Property Sale.
(9) Consider taking from the table and possibly acting on request to authorize execution of an agreement with West Moore Solar, LLC/West Moore Solar II, LLC for the abatement of ad valorem property taxes for improvements with Industrial Reinvestment Zone Number 032018-01, in the City of Sherman, Texas.
(10) Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Commissioners Court reserves the right to convene into executive session to consider terms for the sale of County-owned real property during public auction, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072.
