(7) Present a proclamation declaring May as Mental Health Month in Grayson county.
(8) Discuss and take action on request from Texoma Community Center to provide a letter of support for Senate Bill 292 - Mental Health Grant Program for Justice-Involved Individuals.
(9) Discuss and take action to approve submission of a grant application for the Ballistic Vest Match Program through the Department of Justice
(10) Discuss and take action to approve submission of a grant application to Firehouse Public Safety Foundation.
(11) Discuss and take action to accept insurance settlement on county vehicle and adjust budget to allow for vehicle replacement
(12) Discuss and take action to approve a Resolution to become eligible to create tax reinvestment zones and tax abatement agreements when appropriate and adopt guidelines and criteria.
(13) Consider and take action to determine appropriate compensation to pay to J. Kerye Ashmore for his additional duties performed while serving as the interim Criminal District Attorney of Grayson County, Texas
(14) Consider and take possible action to retain an independent contractor to provide services to Grayson County Development Services on a part-time basis, under the direction of Development Services director Clay Barnett, up to $12,000 for the current fiscal year.
(15) Discuss and take action to approve Precinct 4 to enter into an operating lease with Landmark Bank for the purchase of equipment and authorize necessary budget adjustments.
(16) Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Commissioners Court reserves the right to convene into executive session to discuss economic development at the North Texas Regional Airport - Perrin Field and to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087.
