(7) Conduct public hearing on request to accept right-of-way easement and dedication of Pecan Valley Court, a private road, to Grayson County, as a public road to be maintained by Grayson County.
(8) Consider and take possible action on request to accept conveyance of right-of-way easement to Grayson County and to accept the dedication of public interest in the right-of-way for Pecan Valley Court, including payment of $50,000 for cost of improvement of the private road, to Grayson County as a public road to be maintained by Grayson County, according to the description attached as Exhibit A.
