(5) CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed directly under this Consent Agenda item are considered to be routine by the Court and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of items unless a Commissioner or Citizen so requests; in which event, items will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence.

(10) Discuss and take possible action to authorize request by Grayson County for grant to assist in acquisition of land for Runway Protection Zone for Runway 17L at North Texas Regional Airport, with Grayson County to cover ten percent of the costs, estimated to be $18,950.00.
(11) Discuss and take action on request for Interlocal Agreement with the City of Gunter for contracted road repairs.
