Approve request from Woodbine Water Supply Corp for road bores on Westline Road and CR226 to install service lines for rural residents in Precinct 3.

(9) Discuss and take possible action to accept donation of materials, labor and use of equipment to perform work on Wall Street in Precinct Three.

(10) Consider and take possible action to approve interlocal agreement between Grayson County and Grayson County Junior College District, and accept Deed Without Warranty

(11) Conduct public hearing on petition to vacate and abandon a portion of the County’s public right-of-way on Muncy Road in Precinct One.

(12) Discuss and take possible action to vacate and abandon County’s public right-of-way to a portion of Muncy Road in Precinct One that begins approximately 1465 feet from the Grayson-Collin County Line and ends approximately 1.5 miles south of the intersection of Muncy Rd. and F.M. 121.
