(6) CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed directly under this Consent Agenda item are considered to be routine by the Court and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of items unless a Commissioner or Citizen so requests; in which event, items will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence.

Approve request from Ed Richardson, Coach for Advocacy Program to use the Courthouse and Justice Center for the 3rd Annual Kangaroo Brawl (court).

Approve request from the Republican Party to use the west courtroom for an executive board meeting on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 and on Saturday, March 21, 2019 for their county convention.

Approve request from Two Way Special Utility District for road bores on Jelley Road and Southmayd Road to install water customer service in Precinct 3.

Receive into the minutes the Resolution for the Adoption of Grayson County Bridge Replacement Program to replace the bridge at Elba Creek on Southmayd Road in Precinct 3.

Approve Monthly Report from the Tax Assessor/Collector.

Approve request from Woodbine Water for a road bore at the intersection of Brewer Road and Pop Noah Road to install water customer service in Precinct 3.

(11) Discuss and take action to transfer a Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) conversion van to another WIC agency and accept a new mobile WIC bus in its place.

(12) Discuss and take possible action to authorize the execution of the Supplemental Agreement between the Secretary of the Army (US Army Corps of Engineers) and Grayson County Commissioners Court to amend Easement No. DACW56-2-03-149, to extend Grayson County’s 30-foot wide permanent easement along Veteran Boulevard in Precinct 4.

(13) Discuss and take possible action to accept and maintain as a county public road the portion of Veteran Boulevard, as reflected in Exhibit D to the Resolution.

(14) Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Commissioners Court reserves the right to convene into executive session to seek legal advice from an attorney regarding personnel matter pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074.

(15) Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Commissioners Court reserves the right to convene into executive session to seek legal advice from an attorney about contemplated litigation pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071.
