Approve request from Grayson County Democrats to reserve the east courtroom for the 2020 County Convention on March 21, 2020 from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Accept December Monthly Report from the Tax Assessor/Collector

Receive into the minutes the fully executed Letter of Engagement with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld, LLP.

Authorize payment of $60,260.32 to Sysco for December 2019 groceries for jail.

(8) Consider and take possible action on request by Criminal District Attorney to convert part-time attorney position to a full-time prosecutor and approve related amended salary order and budget amendments.

(9) Discuss and take action to approve a personal services agreement with Billow Marketing for a comprehensive plan to reach target demographics including historically undercounted populations utilizing a "walking" or "boots on the ground" platform. Services to be provided under this agreement may be exempted from the competitive bidding process requirement in the Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal services. Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024.(a)(4).

(10) Discuss and take action to approve the Interlocal Agreement between Grayson County and City of Sherman for the participation in the 2020 Census efforts to increase awareness.

(11) Discuss and take action to approve the Interlocal Agreement between Grayson County and City of Denison for the participation in the 2020 Census efforts to increase awareness.

(12) Discuss and take action to accept the donation of the 2020 Ford Escape from South Plains Community Action Association Incorporated (SPCAA) for the Grayson County Health Department Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) program. Value of this donation is $23,915.12.

(13) Consider and take possible action to authorize execution of Interlocal Agreement Between Grayson County, Texas, and the City of Pottsboro, Texas, for the Placement of Radio Antenna Equipment on City’s Property.

(14) Consider and take possible action to authorize execution of Interlocal Agreement Between Grayson County, Texas, and the City of Whitesboro, Texas, for the Placement of Radio Antenna Equipment on City’s Property.
