(15) Consider and take possible action to authorize execution of Fee Agreement with law firm of Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Hullett, P.C., for the purpose of acquiring right-of-way for F.M. 121 Spur/Grayson Parkway. Services provided under this agreement may be exempted from the competitive bidding process requirement according to the Purchasing Act pursuant to the exemption for professional services. Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024(a)(4).

(16) Consider and take possible action to amend current budget and salary order in light of emergency declaration currently in place, thereby reducing 2019-2020 operating budget by $1.2 million.

(17) Consider and take possible action on County's options to extend the current Order in response to the current public health situation.
