(10) Discuss and take action to authorize the solicitation of request for proposals for Grayson County Agenda Management software. Mandatory proposal meeting is Thursday, July 30 at 2:00 pm in the Assembly Room. Proposal closing date is Monday, August 10, 2020 at 10:00 am.
