(15) Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 the Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into executive session to deliberate the purchase of real property because deliberations in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the County's position in negotiations with a third party.
(16) Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, the Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into executive session to deliberate the appointment, employment, reassignment or duties of a public employee.
(18) Consider and take possible action to transfer oversight of the County Law Library to the Commissioners Court.
