Accept into the minutes the fully executed Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Contract Number 53718013100001, Amendment Number 5, between DSHS and the Grayson County Health Department.

Receive into the minutes U.S. Department of Treasury Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds award terms and conditions.

(9) Discuss and take action to approve the LESO Law Enforcement Support Office Application to allow Grayson County Sheriff's Office to remain in the program.

(10) Discuss and take action to approve entering into the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Contract Number HHS000486200001, Amendment Number 2, between DSHS and the Grayson County Health Department.

(11) Discuss and take action to approve entering into the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Contract Number HHS001025800001, between DSHS and the Grayson County Health Department.

(12) Discuss and take action to approve the professional services agreement from Hayter Engineering for assistance in plat review for Development Services. Services to be provided under this agreement may be exempted from the competitive bidding process requirement in the Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for professional services. Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024.(a)(4).

(13) Discuss and take action to approve the plat Clugston Addition on Independence Springs Road in Precinct 2.
