Action Items Discuss and possibly authorize an emergency expenditure under Local Government Code 111.010, not to exceed $19,710,000, payable to Texas Department of Transportation for the Advance Funding Agreements for Highway 75 approved on May 17, 2022. This emergency expenditure requires a budget amendment to allow for $12,582,000 to be paid from the General Fund and $7,128,000 to be paid from the unrestricted portion of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Fund.
