Consent Agenda 7.1 CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed directly under this Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Court and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be separate discussion of items unless a Commissioner or Citizen so requests; in which event, items will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence. 7.2 Receive into the minutes the executed 2022 Grayson County Indigent Defense Improvement Grant Program Resolution. 7.3 Approve request from Grayson County Juvenile Services to recieve into Minutes the executed FY23 Residential Services Contract with Bowie, Comanche, Orange, Hunt, Jefferson, Nolan, Potter, Upshur, and Wise & Jack Counties. 7.4 Discuss and take action to accept in kind donation valuing approximately $43,627.22 to the Grayson County Sheriff's Office, in the form of paid training and travel for Close Quarter Defense Training for Patrol Deputies. 7.5 Approve Professional Services Agreement between Grayson County, Texas and Rise Aviation, LLC.

Discuss and approve the software agreement between Grayson County and Correctek for inmate medical records and charting.

Approve the recommendation submitted by the evaluation team for RFQ 2022-16 Construction Manager at Risk for the Enhancement and Expansion of the Grayson County Jail.
Discuss and take possible action on a bid proposal for property located at 114 Roaring Fork Circle in the Whitesboro School District that was unsold at the April 5, 2022 Sheriff's Property Sale.
Discuss and take action on request to accept Granite Way, Slate Court, Flint Circle, Limestone Lane, and Quartz Circle as County maintained roads and establish a speed limit of 30mph.
Discuss and take action to Approve FY23 Residential Services contract between GCDJS and Wichita County Contract.
