Discuss and take action to set the Grayson County Local Provider Participation Fund (LPPF) mandatory payment rate, for state fiscal year 2022, as .81% of the net patient revenue of an institutional health care provider located in Grayson County.
Discuss and take action to approve entering into the Federal Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Grant through the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Contract Number HHS001096400017, Amendment Number 1, between DSHS and Grayson County.
Discuss and take action to approve entering into the Food Manager Permits Renewal Agreement between DSBWorldWide, Inc., a Texas corporation and Grayson County, effectively renewing and extending the current agreement that expires September 30, 2022, until September 30, 2024, under the same terms and conditions of the Agreement and subsequent renewals continuously since June 25, 2013.
