Act on Bills 8.1 Authorize payment of bills on December 20, 2022 8.2 Authorize payment of $94,352 to Texoma Council of Governments for match on State Emergency Infrastructure Grant for Motorola Dispatch System. 8.3 Authorize payment of $5,087,612.50 to Bank of New York Mellon for Pass-Through Toll Revenue & Limited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2013. 8.4 Authorize payment of $85,954.83 to Brinkley Sargent Wigington Architects for November 2022 Professional Services. 8.5 Authorize payment of $58,325 to Bayless Insurance for Medical Malpractice Renewal for January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024 for Jail Medical Services.
Consider and discuss waiving the requirement for County employees to utilize any/all available compensatory time prior to the use of vacation time, only. The dates impacted by this exception will be 12/10/2022 – 1/6/2023. The pay checks impacted by this exception will be 12/30/2022 and 1/13/2023. Beginning January 7, 2023, Grayson County will revert back to the existing County policy regarding compensatory time being utilized prior to vacation time
Accept grant award from Texas Indigent Defense Commission, authorize creation of Misdemeanor Indigent Defense Coordinator position, and amend County Court at Law 2 budget as presented.
