9.1 Discuss and take action to appoint Commissioner Art Arthur to the City of Denison Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) No. 3 Board.

9.6 Discuss and take action to declare Hunter's Ridge Phase 3 complete and authorize the Treasurer to return the security deposit as provided for in the security agreement approved by the Commissioners Court on 7/5/2022.

9.7 Discuss and take action to approve Short Plat Torres Addition in Precinct 3.

9.8 Discuss and take action to approve Short Plat Bowers 2nd Addition in Precinct 4.

9.9 Discuss and take action on the request to approve the Final Plat Kinkade Addition in Precinct 2 and authorize the County Judge to sign the Developer's Contract.

9.10 Discuss and take action to approve Short Plat Argyles Acres Addition in Precinct 3.

9.11 Receive report regarding the TIRZ #1 organizational meeting. Discuss and act on any project recommendations from the board.

9.12 Pursuant to Texas Gov't Code, Section 551.071, Commissioner's Court reserves the right to convene into executive session to deliberate business and financial issues relating to contract negotiations.
