9.7 Discuss and take action on the Short Plat Dodson Bennett Lane Addition in Precinct 4.
9.8 Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 Commissioners Court reserves the right to meet in executive session to consult with attorney regarding pending litigation.
