9.1 Discuss and take action regarding the appointment of Amy Whaley to the Child Welfare Board.

9.2 Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign the contract between Grayson County Juvenile Services and 33rd & 424th Judicial District & Gillespie County, Austin County, Childress, Carson, Collingsworth, Donley & Hall County, Cooke County, Guadalupe County, Hale County, Howard, Martin and Glasscock County, Limestone & Freestone County, Midland County, Randall County, Upshur County, and Walker County.

9.3 Discuss and take action on the request for the Commissioners Court to accept a donation check of $31,500.00, to be used towards the purchase of an additional canine for the Grayson County Sheriff's Office.

9.4 Discuss and take action regarding the request from the Grayson County Sheriff's Office to accept four donation checks from local businesses to be used for the purchase of equipment to assist in our K9 program.

9.5 Discuss and take action regarding Grayson County Sheriff's Office request to apply for a grant from Texoma Community Foundation for Hustle 2.0 digital program and partial funding for inmate program officer.

9.6 Discuss and take action to declare as suplus Precincet 3 equipment (an older model John Deere grader and John Deere back hoe) to be tradeins at RDO Equipment to settle the lease on a 2023 John Deere grader.

9.7 Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign the professional services agreement between Grayson County and McManus and Payne Consulting Engineers, LLC for Engineering and Development Consulting Services.

9.8 Discuss and take possible action on air ambulance contracts.

9.9 Discuss and take action to approve Phillips Creek Estates 2 in Precinct 2.

9.10 Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 Commissioners Court reserves the right to meet in executive session to consult with attorney regarding pending litigation.

9.11 Consider and take possible action on items discussed in executive session.
