9.1 Hold a public hearing on the proposed Grayson County fiscal 2026 budget.

9.2 Discuss and take action to adopt the Grayson County fiscal 2026 budget.

9.3 Discuss and take action to approve the property tax increase reflected in the budget. This budget will raise more revenue from property taxes than last year's budget by an amount of $1,098,413 and 1.68%. Of the total property tax amount, $4,103,735 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.

9.4 Hold a public hearing on the proposed Grayson County 2025-26 tax rate of $.3051 per $100 of valuation.

9.5 Discuss and take action to adopt the 2025-26 Grayson County (M&O) Maintenance & Operations tax rate of $.286903 per $100 of valuation. THIS TAX RATE WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.

9.6 Discuss and take action to adopt the 2025-26 Grayson County (I&S) Interest & Sinking (debt) tax rate of $.018197 per $100 of valuation.

9.7 Discuss and take action to adopt the 2025-26 Grayson County total tax rate of $.3051 per $100 of valuation.

9.8 Discuss and take action to approve the 2025-26 Tax Rate Resolution for Grayson County.

9.9 Discuss and take action to authorize the County Judge to sign the contract between Grayson County Juvenile Services and Anderson County, Cameron County, Dawson County, Hutchinson County, Jasper, Newton, Sabine and San Augustine County, Jefferson County, Nolan, Fisher and Mitchell County, Parker County and Shelby County to provide juvenile services.

9.10 Discuss and take action regarding the approval of the appointment of county election Precinct Presiding and Alternate Judges and the Central Counting Station Election Judge and Alternate Judge, for a term beginning September 1, 2025 and ending August 31, 2026, and any appropriate action.

9.11 Discuss and take action to approve proposed Grayson County Health Department Environmental Health fees.

9.12 Discuss and take action to award Bid #2025-16 for the Security Fence intended for the New Community Supervision and Corrections Department.

9.13 Discuss and take action on a Developer's Contract and a Right-of-Way Permit for the installation of two - 48 inch culverts along Old Sandborn Ranch Rd for Texoma Area Solid Waste Authority in Precinct 3.

9.14 Discuss and take action on the Replat Heritage Estates, Lots 15 & 16 in Precinct 3.

9.15 Discuss and take action on the Replat Boot Hill Estates, Phase 2, Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Precinct 3.

9.16 Discuss and take action on the Short Plat Plunket Cedar Road Addition Phase 4 in Precinct 1.
